Refund Policy

7-day satisfaction window

New paid memberships are eligible for a full refund within 7 days of your first payment, provided you have not abused the platform, copied algo source code, or downloaded substantial protected content.

Renewals

Renewals are not automatically refundable. You can cancel any time from your account to stop the next renewal. If your card was charged in error or you cancelled before renewal but were still billed, contact us within 14 days for a refund.

One-time algo purchases

One-time purchases of individual algos are non-refundable once the algo source code or TradingView invite has been delivered to you.

Chargebacks

Please reach out to us before disputing a charge with your bank. We will work with you in good faith. Accounts associated with fraudulent chargebacks will be suspended.

How to request a refund

Email billing@captaintrade.io from the address on your account. Include your name, the approximate purchase date, and a short reason. Most refunds are processed within 5 business days.
